Service based businesses can benefit from a well structured sales funnel, providing a strategic approach to attracting and converting potential clients into paying customers. A well thought out sales funnel can help to generate and qualify leads, nurture relationships, showcase expertise, handle objections and build a loyal client base.

In this workshop, you will learn how to design, test and update your sales funnel to generate more business.

This topic covers:

  • The foundations of a sales funnel - what it is, how it works and why it is important

  • Where your marketing activities fit in each stage of the sales funnel

  • How to design, test and update your sales funnel

  • Engaging with clients to build loyalty and repeat sales

  • This session is for business owners with a service based business. 

This workshop will be delivered online and is available for only $20, thanks to funding from the Small Business Development Corporation and the Government of Western Australia. About the Presenter - Liz Haselgrove

Liz has been studying business and marketing since the late 80s (!!) and has seen many trends come and go in that time. She has helped thousands of small businesses to improve, bring in more clients and be successful.

Liz’s passion for helping small and micro businesses to thrive shines through in all of her workshops, which are interactive, informal and rammed with great tips that WORK.

After running her own businesses (including a digital nomad VA service and children’s shops in London), she is now the CEO of BOSS (Business One Stop Shop), helping Perth’s businesses to thrive.

Liz has been a Finalist for the Best Social Media Educator of the Year for the past three years and is also an Authorized Trainer for Squarespace (one of only a few in Australia).
